Levi placed second in the prologue time trials of the 2009 AMGEN Tour of California.
Lance Armstrong is riding again after retiring for a few years. Quite a feat considering his age, bouts with cancer and the highly competive nature of the sport. Not only that but on this first day he came out 10th in a field of 130+ riders.
