Afghanistan won the toss and put India into bat first in their 1st game of the T20 Cricket World Cup game being played in Colombo on September 19, 2012.

India have included Yuvraj Singh and left out off-spinner Harbhajan Singh, so pacer L Balaji keeps his place ahead of Ashok Dinda.

Afghanistan captain Mangal said, he wants to field first since he has a strong batting line-up. 

Sports broadcaster ESPN Star Cricket will live telecast the match in India and other Asian countries.

ESPN will also live stream the match live with a five minutes delay at its official website. Check live streaming 

Afghanistan defeated the mighty West Indies in their warm-up match. But playing India they have adopt a different strategy.
