Seeing video of some yahoo running onto the field during a sporting event is nothing new. But a fan who ran onto the field during a recent MLS match in Kansas City was decidedly unique.

During the June 9, 2011 Sporting Kansas City-Chicago Fire match, a fan ran onto the field in a cow costume and scored a goal (sort of).

The cow incident occurred with less than 10 minutes left in the match. A man in a cow costume scurried onto the field, tossed a ball onto the turf and kicked it into the net.

Needless to say, play was interrupted and security escorted the cow off the field.
