Argentine soccer legend Diego Maradona may have a job with Italy's Inter Milan. The fabled forward--who garnered as much attention for his off-field troubles and he did for his magnificent play on the pitch--is reportedly being offered a post as a special consultant. Maradona is not without front office experience, having coached Argentine sides Racing Club de Avellaneda and Textil Mandiyú as well as serving as a scout for his former team Boca Juniors.
Still, the hire could be considered a gamble considering Maradona's long history of drug problems, not to mention a weight problem that drove him to have
stomach surgery.
Many believe that Inter president Massimo Moratti has ulterior motives for hiring the soccer legend.
Maradona is being lined up by Moratti for an ambassadorial role with Inter and Controcampo says the World Cup winner could help the Nerazzurri prise Sergio Aguero away from Atletico Madrid.
Maradona's daughter Giannina is seeing Aguero and the Atletico star has been a long-term target for Inter chief Marco Branca and Moratti.

I wonder if this is a good move. I know in Argentina some people actually worships him and treats him as a god.
