'Mark Sanchez Girlfriend': 17-Year-Old Girl Lawyers Up

Mark Sanchez 17-Year-Old Girlfriend Scandal About to Break

Deadspin has been contacted by a 17-year-old girl who claimed to have had an affair with New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez. The girl's name has not been released, but her newly-hired lawyers (frm the firm of Kendall Brill Klieger) identify her as "E.K.". Mark Sanchez was previously linked to Jamie Lynn Sigler.

Deadspin has been working on the story for a few weeks. The legal nastygram says that any story about their client and Mark Sanchez is false, though the girl contacted Deadspin about the story herself, apparently sending a photo of Mark Sanchez' bedroom taken with her BlackBerry.

A.J. Daulerio, Deadspin's editor-in-chief, says that the whole Mark Sanchez girlfriend story will go live on February 8, provided all the details can be vetted. At any rate, the Mark-Sanchez-17-year-old girlfriend rumor is directly at odds with the Mark-Sanchez-is-gay rumor.
