Marko Jaric under investigation for alleged sexual assault

Marko Jaric, the NBA player best known for marrying Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima has been accused of sexual assault on a Philadelphia woman. Jaric married Adriana Lima on Valentine's Day and the only visit the Grizzlies made to Philadelphia was three days prior on February 11th. There are no further information on the accusation, but he is under investigation.
A native of Belgrade, the 30-year-old guard was selected in the second round of the 2000 NBA draft by the L.A. Clippers before taking the court in the '02-03 season. He was traded to the Timberwolves in '05 before moving on to Memphis in a draft-night trade last June.
