LeBron James Walks Off Court, Bumps Head Coach Eric Spoelstra: Was It Deliberate? Watch Video

LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh and the  Miami Heat are clearly underachieving so let the blame game begin. So it should come as no surprise that every LeBron James gesture will be scrutinized including a LeBron's bump of Miami head coach, Eric Spoelstra.

ESPN quotes anonymous sources close to the Miami Heat.

Sources say the players believe he is not letting them be themselves, that they are questioning his offensive strategies, and that they think he is panicking because he fears losing his job.

"Right now, in my opinion, no one is doing a good job," said Heat guard Dwyane Wade, asked Monday about Spoelstra's performance. "We're 9-and-8. We're all in this together. The players are not doing a good job. The coach is not doing a good job."

All the grumbling about Eric Spoelstra comes after a weekend "bump incident" at Madison Square Garden.

LeBron James was walking off the court in the fourth quarter and bumped into his head coach - a bump that some saw as deliberate.

The LeBron James bump may or may not have been deliberate but one thing is clearly is the Miami Heat are under performing and Miami Heat president Pat Riley will not be shy about pulling the trigger and replacing the head coach.
