Michael Vick Drinking Grey Goose. A Violation of NFL Rules?

The New York Post has reported that Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick drinking pineapple juice and Grey Goose vodka in an airport bar. Many believe that Michael Vick drinking alcohol is a violation of conditions set forth by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.
In a letter to Vick upon his reinstatement July 27, after a two-year prison sentence for his participation in a dogfighting ring, Goodell wrote that "prohibitions regarding drug and alcohol use" were included.
The Philadelphia Eagles, however, have stated that the Michael Vick drinking story is not an issue.
"We are aware of the report and it is not in conflict with terms of his probation or reinstatement with the NFL," team spokesman Derek Boyko said in an e-mail.

Well at least he is not doing a grey goose, cause that would be just plain weird.
