Milt Stegall Sidelined for Blue Bombers Training Camp

Winnipeg Blue Bombers all-star receiver, Milt Stegall, will not
participate in training camp this year (which starts on Saturday).
Stegall underwent arthroscopic knee surgery on May 2nd.

The Bombers said they will continue to monitor Stegall’s recovery and base a return date accordingly.

“The operation went well and I have been in rehab every single day
since the procedure,” Stegall said in a statement. “After the injury, I
was in communication and consultation with the Blue Bombers medical
staff.

The Bombers also announced Tuesday they have released veteran
cornerback Juran Bolden. The large salary Bolden held was rumoured to
be the reason for his dismissal.
