Mini Cooper Crashes Into Crowd At Queensland Raceway

Spectacular, scary, but not serious in terms of injuries, a Mini Cooper was clipped by another car and was sent careening into a crowd of spectators during the Mini Challenge event in Queensland, all of it captured by cameras from Channel 7 News.

Driver Kain Magro, who also farms mangos, was rounding turn six in the final lap when he clipped another car, sending the Mini skidding on the roof before jumping the barrier. Two men in the crowd suffered minor injuries and Magro experienced whiplash.

The Mini Cooper was equipped with a roll cage. It was Kain Magro's first race at the Queensland raceway.
