This could get ugly. Monta Ellis and the Golden State Warriors are being hit with a sexual harassment lawsuit.

According to reports, a former employee will hold a press conference on Wednesday, December 21, 2011, to discuss the lawsuit.

The lawsuit accuses Monta Ellis of sexual harassment and the plaintiff claims to have photographic evidence that she plans to make public.

The photo, allegedly sent from Monta Ellis' cel phone, was described by a lawyer as "disgusting and graphic."

No doubt, the accusations against Monta Ellis will remind some of last year's Brett Favre sexting scandal.
