New York Knicks guard Nate Robinson had one of the best games of his career, and he may have actor Will Ferrell to thank for it. Robinson scored a season-high 41 points in the Knicks 123-119 win over the San Antonio Spurs Monday night.

After nailing a key three-pointer and drawing a foul, Robinson found Will Ferrell courtside and gave a him a "Shake and Bake" fist bump that Ferrell made famous in his film "Talledega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby."

After pissing excellence for 48 minutes, Robinson ended a post-game interview with Bobby's favorite catchphrase "Shake & Bake." He also gave Ferrell the jersey he wore during last week's NBA Slam Dunk contest.

Robinson and Ferrell have met before. They played a pickup game basketball game on NBC's Today Show. Robinson came at Ferrell like a spider monkey and defeated him in a game of two-on-two.
