Nate Smith Appeared To Win a Contest After Making an Amazing 90-Foot Hockey Shot. Here is the Nate Smith Hockey Shot Video
Nate Smith made an incredible hockey shot to earn a $50,000 prize. Or so it would appear.
The 11-year-old boy from Minnesota appeared during a contest at a charity hockey game and shot a puck into a small hole from nearly 90 feet away.
There was a catch, however. Nate wasn't the one whose name was drawn to take part in the contest. His twin brother Nick Smith's name was drawn.
Nick Smith wasn't available to take the shot, so Nate Smith took part in the contest in his place, a decision their parents came to regret.
"The next day," says their father, Pat Smith, "I called back and said it was really Nate who made the shot. We thought honesty was the best policy, and we wanted to set a good example for our kids."
As a result, Nate Smith may not end up getting his money.

He can legally assign it to whomever he wants. they should sue them not just for the 50K but for 100K for breach and also emotional damage. It will cost them 20K just to defend it....
