This guy needs to be relieved of any college officiating duties. He is absolutely horrible and clueless. Seriously, his credentials should be taken away, and I'm sure if the powers that could were to review his performance, they would throw him out of college sports.

This guy is absolutely terrible. He did everything he could do to make UNC loose tonight, but it took a last second shot by Ty Lawson to win. Take a look at the last 16 seconds that only lasted 15. He shook off the other two refs when they wanted to take a look at the timed replay and give UNC the correct and fair amount of time. He seemed very mad at the other two refs for trying to do their jobs...

YOU GUYS NEED TO STOP CRYING LIKE BABIES. 1 OFFICIAL CANT MAKE YOU ALMOST LOSE. YOUR MIGHTY TEAM COULDNT PUT THE OTHER TEAM AWAY. HE WASNT THE ONE WHO COULDNT HIT A SHOT OR STOP THE OTHER TEAM. I GUESS HE IS THE REASON B.C. BLEW YOU OUT OF YOUR OWN GYM. YOU ARE NOT AS GOOD AS YOU THINK YOU ARE, BE GLAD YOU SURVIVED THAT ONE. I'm not a tarheel fan or an ACC fan at all but I have noticed that throughout this year I have seen the officiating become very substandard across the board. INCONSISTENCY is rampant. It is obvious that money is involved on a huge scale and the powers that be will never do anything about it because it would involve them publicly. The coaches and players are fined for making any negative comments about sorry refs. The refs are treated as if they are GODS and there is NO repercussions for doing a bad/unfair job. Just pay attention in the coming month and EVERYONE will see just how obvious it is. Like our government there there needs to be an overhaul in the NCAA regarding the level and competency of officials. Of course you will also see this is a waste of breath. Just wait and see if I am not right.

Karl Hess is the biggest garbage in the refereeing business. He calls the game in a jekyell and hyde atmosphere. Any thing to take the game away from the superior teams.

i think sometimes it's obvious that the refs are making bad calls to keep the game close and impove TV ratings. the refs must be bad because the NCAA tells them to. it could be true, just look at the gambling ref they caught in the NBA

This dude SUCKS!!! He couldn't make the right call if he's standing 1 foot away!! He is the worst frickin' ref in Sports history. He sucked Tyer's whole career. He tried to help his dookies win but couldn't pull it off. He's nothing but a cheating suckwad that couldn't finish out his job.
