Nike Unveiled Its New 2011 Pro Combat Uniforms For Six Teams: Ohio State, Michigan State, Stanford, LSU, Army and Navy. Here Are Photos For Every Nike Pro Combat Uniform

No doubt, many college football fans look forward to the day when Nike reveals Pro Combat uniforms. Nike unveiled six Nike Pro Combat uniforms on Tuesday, September 13, 2011. The 2011 Nike Pro Combat uniforms feature some sleek designs that may please some fans while angering traditionalists.

For the most part though, Nike didn't go too overboard with their Pro Combat unis, generally sticking with traditional colors and designs and foregoing more audacious looks (we're talking about you, Maryland).

Six teams unveiled new Nike Pro Combat uniforms on Sep. 12, 2011: Ohio State, Michigan State, Stanford, LSU, Army and Navy.

Here is a rundown of each new Nike Pro Combat uniform and links to photos.

Ohio State: The Buckeyes Nike Pro Combat jersey is scarlet with large grey stripes along the shoulder. They are complemented by grey pants with a scarlet stripe and the letter 'O' on the side and a gray helmet with the player's number on the side. Ohio State

Michigan State: The Spartans helmet is bronze with a big green stripe down the middle. The new Michigan State Nike Pro Combat jersey is dark green with bronze numbers. The pants are black and are accompanied by green socks and bronze cleats. Michigan State Nike Pro Combat Photo

LSU: Not too different from their traditional look. The LSU Nike unis feature a white jersey with purple-and-gold shoulder stripes and white pants. Nike also designed a white helmet with the LSU written on the side. The best part of the new LSU uniforms is the gloves, which feature an interlocking image of a tiger's eyes.
