Nike released new San Diego Chargers on April 3, 2012 and they didn't do too much to the change the Chargers' look. 

Some teams like the Seattle Seahawks saw a major redesign, but most teams were like the Chargers who saw only a few minor tweaks to the cut of the jersey, including a new collar.

Some would argue that the new 2012 San Diego Chargers uniforms look almost exactly the same as the old Chargers uniforms (except for the Nike Swoosh, that is).
