NFL Coaches Mike Singletary and Jim Zorn Have Press Conference Meltdowns

This week has been rough on NFL coaches Mike Singletary and Jim Zorn. Both coaches held fiery press conferences this week.

New San Francisco 49ers head coach Mike Singletary was upset after a 34-13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. During the game, Singletary kicked 49ers tight end Vernon Davis kicked off the field. After the game, he implied that the team would be better off without him.

Meanwhile, Washington Redskins head coach Jim Zorn had a testy exchange with a local reporter.

Both Zorn and Singletary's press conference antics pale in comparison to legendary blowups like those of former Arizona Cardinals head coach Dennis "The Bears Are Who We Thought They Were" Green and former Colts coach Jim "Playoffs? Mora. In a strange turn, both Green and Mora were rewarded for their infamous rants by having them used in a series of ads for Coors Light beer.

So far, there's no indication that Singletary and Zorn have been contacted by Coors just yet.
