NFL Free Agents 2009: NFL Rumors About Top Remaning Free Agents
Starting at midnight on Feb. 27, NFL teams will be allowed to sign free agents for the 2009-2010 season. Here is a complete list of 2009 NFL free agents. Some of those players, however, will be more coveted than others. Here's a list of top NFL free agents who teams will be trying hard to sign.
Albert Haynesworth (DT) Titans Haynesworth was a huge part of the Titans great regular season. He's one of the most feared defenders in the league; the rare player who does good job defending against the pass and the run. It looks like he'll end up being a Redskin as Daniel Snyder is ready to throw heaps of money at him. Rumored Destination: Washington Redskins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans
Kurt Warner (QB) Cardinals The feel-good story of the NFL season. Warner came withing a few minutes of winning the Super Bowl against the best defense in the league. Don't think Cardinals management didn't notice. He'll likely stay in Arizona. Rumored destination: Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Bears, Arizona Cardinals
Ray Lewis (LB) Ravens It's hard to picture Ray Lewis wearing other than a Ravens uniform (of course, there are more than a few people who think he should be wearing an orange jumpsuit). Lewis has been the heart and soul of Baltimore's team for most of this decade. Sure, he's 34 and not as fleet as foot as he used to be, but someone will take a chance on him if the Ravens choose to part ways. Rumored Destination: Dallas Cowboys, New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens
Jeff Saturday (C) Colts Not a household name, but football people know just how good this guy is and are willing to pay for him. Rumor has it he might head to Pittsburgh to bolster their offensive line, one of the team's only weak links. Rumored desination: Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills, Indianapolis Colts
T.J. Houshmandzadeh (WR) Bengals He has spent his career playing in the shadows of Chad Johnson/Ocho Cinco. Throughout his career, he's been a solid receiver who is great in short to mid-yardage situations. Besides, what other free agent receivers are out there? Rumored Destination: New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles, Seattle Seahawks
Bart Scott (LB) Ravens Like Ray Lewis, a heart and soul guy, not to mention a punishing defender. Ravens aren't likely to part with him. If they did, will he be able to flourish in a different defensive scheme? Rumored Destination: New York Jets, New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys, Baltimore Ravens
Kerry Collins (QB) Titans Collins' strong arm and excellent decision-making made Titans fans forget about the drama surrounding Vince Young. But will that be enough for him to stick around? At his age, Collins wants to be a starter and a well-paid one at that. If not, he may just away from the game entirely. Rumored Destination: Tennessee Titans, Retirement Home

As a die hard Titans fan I hope we keep Big Albert. Kerry can go and we cn find another aging backup for Vince.
I'm feeling a good year from Vince Young, not as good of a season that we had this year, but a decent one.
I also see Plaxico ending up in Dallas. His story is written for Dallas Cowboys. Expect a reality TV show about it too.
