The NFL preseason 2011 got underway last night, officially giving us the first football action of the season. Five games were played on Thursday, August 11, 2011. Not too many of the game's established stars lit it up last night, but the games proved to be a showcase for young players like Tim Tebow and Ryan Mallett. Kevin Kolb made his debut for the Arizona Cardinals as did Trent Edwards of the Oakland Raiders.
