The University of Oregon unveiled the uniform it will wear at the 2011 BCS National Championship Game. Thanks to Oregon fan and Nike CEO Phil Knight, Oregon is known for having some of the most unique uniforms in all of sports. The team tends to wear a different combo ever time they take the field.
So what will Oregon wear to the 2011 BCS Championship?

The new Oregon uniform features white pants and a white jersey featuring the Ducks trademark wings on the shoulders. A unique touch is the flourescent green socks and shoes that the team will wear during the BCS Championship, no doubt a touch of color that will raise a few eyebrows.
Designer Todd Van Horne claims that he wanted the Oregon uniforms to make Ducks players look and feel faster.
"We worked with him and designed something that will actually look like blur on the field," Van Horne said.
Oregon has earned a reputation for its varied Nike uniforms. A recent New York Times profile pointed out that you never see the same Oregon uniforms twice.
“When you throw in the different-colored socks and shoes, there’s hundreds of color combinations we can wear,” Andy McNamara, of Oregon’s sports information office, told me. “Somebody figured it out.”
