The Philadelphia Eagles playoff picture is pretty grim as they head into the last Sunday of the regular season, but they could still pull things out with a win today against the Dallas Cowboys and some help from other teams.

Heading into Week  17 of the regular season, the Eagles playoff scenario required them beat Dallas and have losses from Tampa Bay as well as either Minnesota or Chicago.

So far, the Eagles playoff hopes are still alive. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost to the Oakland Raiders and the Chicago Bears lost to the Houston Texans. That leaves the Eagles' playoff fates in their own hands. If they beat the Cowboys this afternoon, they'll sneak into to the post-season.
