Pierre-Luc Gagnon and Chaz Ortiz Win Dew Tour Skateboard Titles

Canada's Pierre-Luc Gagnon won the skateboard vertical title at the Playstation Pro, one of five stops in the Dew Tour. Gagnon racked up 96.00 points during a winning run that included two 720s and four 540s.

Meanwhile, 14-year-old Chaz Ortiz won the skateboard park event at the Playstation Pro and also ended up season points leader. Ortiz beat out Paul Rodriguez Jr. son of actor/comedian Paul Rodriguez, and Ryan Sheckler, star of the MTV reality show Life of Ryan.

The four-day compeition--which took place in Orlando, FL--drew an impressive 53,566 fans. It was the final event of the AST Dew Tour that features skateboarding, BMX and motocross.

53,566 fans is a lot! Any news on when the next tour events will be? I want to wear my new Etnies custom skate shoes there and see if I can get them signed by Ryan Sheckler!
