Boston Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo suffered a dislocated elbow during Game 3 of the 2011 NBA Eastern Conference semi-final between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat.
The Rajon Rondo elbow injury occurred when the Celtics guard got caught up with Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade. Rondo crashed to the floor and his elbow bent in a way that it wasn't supposed to. Wade was called for a foul on the play.
Rajon Rondo left the game after suffering a dislocated elbow, but later returned to the bench and actually returned to the game. Pretty impressive when you consider just how ugly the elbow injury looks.
Rondo finished the game with 6 points and 11 assists. The Celtics went on to win the game 97-81. The Heat lead the series 2-1.
