After 12hours waiting, all the participants leave CCB in Lisbon for there countries. The ASO organization cancels the edition 2008 of Rally Lisbon Dakar for security reasons the current political tension and the terrorist menace killes a year of hard work for profissional team´s and amateur too. For this two sides of rally the finance consequences direct and indirect creat strong problems as well  in national economic of Portugal,France, Morocco, and many more. Who will pay this? Al-Qaeda? Fans? Team's? Governments?
