Roberto Alomar Has AIDS, According to Lawsuit by Ex Ilya Dall

Former baseball great Roberto Alomar has full-blown AIDS, according to a lawsuit by his ex-girlfriend, Ilya Dall.

The $15 million suit states that Robbie Alomar insisted on having unprotected sex with Dall even though he knew he had HIV.

Alomar's lawyer denies the accusation and says that the 41-year-old is in good health.

"We believe this is a totally frivolous lawsuit. These allegations are baseless," Bach said. "He's healthy and would like to keep his health status private. We'll do our talking in court.""

Sandy Alomar Sr., Roberto's father and a former Major Leaguer himself, says that he knows nothing about the allegations.

"That's the first time we ever heard of that."

He didn't think his son could keep a serious illness secret. "I imagine I would know," he said.

Alomar was once engaged to tennis star Mary Pierce, spent 17 years

This story hurts me. I actually have a baseball card of myself fro the 90s with the name Roberto Sutherland on the back.

I hate how many of baseball's greats are falling. If I read a story about Joe Carter not paying taxes or gambling I'm giving up on baseball.

Whats weird is when I hear Roberto Alomar's name its not the spitting incident or his hitting/defensive skills that comes to mind. its the mccain fruit punch ads for some reason. weird.
