Dwight Howard Claims Royce Reed Violated Gag Order

Dwight Howard claims that his ex-girlfriend, Royce Reed, violated a 2009 gag order which prevented her from talking to the media about her private life with the Orlando Magic star. (Royce Reed photos) Due to the number of people that Royce Reed's stories have reached, Dwight Howard is demanding that the Orlando Magic cheerleader and reality TV star pay him $500,000.

Royce Reed has consistently talked about aspects of her relationship with Dwight Howard, with whom she has a child.

A rep for Reed denies any wrongdoing -- telling TMZ the leaked info originated from legal documents ... which is "immune to any agreement made by the parties."

TMZ certainly hopes so, since they've been party to publicizing those legal documents.

Reed, who starred on VH1's "Basketball Wives," has leaked stories about Howard to the media at least 11 times, according to the Magic center. In the documents, Howard noted that if the leaked stories reached 1 million people, damages should add up to a little over $500 million, based on the agreement between the two parties.
