As if you need more evidence that MMA is a tough sport, fighter Ryan McGillivray has sent out a gruesome photo of his broken nose.

While not quite a household name, Ryan McGillivray is known to MMA fans from his time of The Ultimate Fighter.

Ryan McGillivray suffered a broken nose after taking a knee to the face while training. The Ultimate Fighter alum tweeted it a couple of days ago and he's become the toast of the MMA world. As Cage Potato wrote, the Ryan McGillivray broken nose is the  "worst broken nose in the history of broken noses."
