Sachin Tendulkar's 51st 100 and Dale Steyn's spell

Sachin Tendulkar scored his 51st Test match century in the third and the final Test match of the series against South Africa as the game was evenly poised on the third day of the game.

Tendulkar got to his century off a pull-stroke that went over the boundary for a six off Morne Morkel and continued to bat on. India looked to be in trouble at one stage, having got to 247/6 before Harbhajan Singh provided them the support. 

Tendulkar was dismissed for 146 before being bowled by Morkel. India were 341/8 at that stage, 21 behind the South African total.
