Sachin Tendulkar's First Class Cricket completes 25,000 runs

Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar completed 25,000 runs in First-Class cricket while playing for Mumbai against Rest of India in the Irani Trophy match on Friday. He was unbeaten on 105 when he went past the landmark. He has taken 303 matches to achieve this feat.

Earlier, Tendulkar completed his century against Rest of India and equalled Sunil Gavaskar on the number of first class centuries on Day Three of the Irani Trophy at Mumbai.

This is his 81st first-class century. He brought it up with a single off S Sreesanth. His knock included 12 boundaries and two sixes.
