Sarah Jones, a Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader is the subject of two investigations, according to reports.

Police, a special prosecutor from Kentucky, the attorney general and the Education Professional Standards Board, are investigating Jones, but they have not discussed the nature of the investigation.

Jones recently resigned from her job as a schoolteacher in Ohio.

One report states that she faces "allegations that she had an inappropriate relationship with a student."

In the report, attorney Eric Deters is quoted as saying:

"The student denies it, the parents of the student are upset that this has gone where it has gone, they don't have anything bad to say about Sarah, Sarah denies it," Deters said. "There's no victim. There's nobody saying 'Hey, this happened.'"

Deters also pointed out that Jones has not been charged.

UPDATE: On March 29, 2012, Sarah Jones was indicted on charges of first degree sexual abuse and unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities.
