Scott Hall Seizure Video: NWO Star Furious
Scott Hall Angry Over Seizure Video Used for iPPV Promo
A video of professional wrestler Scott Hall, which shows the wrestler appearing to have a seizure has he enters the ring, was used by Top Rope Promotions to sell a WrestleStream.com pay-per-view event on April 10. Scott Hall is furious about it.
The Scott Hall video was filmed on April 8 in Fall River, Massachusetts. As Scott Hall enters the ring, you can hear someone say, "They shouldn't be bringing him in the ring, they should be bringing him to a hospital."
Scott Hall, formerly a member of NWO, was hospitalized for cardiac complications and issues with his prescription medication. Twitter user Stephen Fadden witnessed the event, and described Scott Hall as "wasted". Former wrestler Scott Garland (better known to wrestling fans as Scotty 2 Hotty), was also present and called the incident an embarrassment, tweeting, "how many guys have to die before some guys learn?"
Scott Hall's camp denies that Hall was on drugs, saying that the former WWE star was hospitalized due to low blood pressure. Geena Jinev Anac, Hall's representative, said of the video, "We find the footage to be very distasteful and not suitable for a pay-per-view audience and it's sad that the promoter has decided to air the uncut footage from the pay-per-view."
