Shaq Has Had To Deal With Some Sextape Rumors That Involves Gang Members and a Guy Named Robert Ross

TMZ is reporting that LA authorities are investigating whether Shaquille O'Neal may have been involved with a "criminal conspiracy" involving a man named Robert Ross.

The report goes to say that several men with gang affiliations confronted Ross with guns over a sex tape that might involve Shaq. The tape may show the NBA star having sex with women while he was still married to his now ex-wife Shaunie.

One alleged gang member, Ladell Rowles, reportedly pistol-whipped Robert Ross.

Seven men were arrested and charged with robbery, kidnapping and other crimes. The story notes that "Shaq was not listed as a suspect."

Ross claims to be a former gang member turned music promoter. The man at the center reportedly worked with Shaq on a record label before parting ways.
