The text of the Shawn Darling-Shaquille O'Neal lawsuit can be found via the link below in pdf form; Darling is suing for emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and violations of the Florida civil RICO (Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations) Act, which allows for punishment for actions taken while acting as part of a criminal organization.

One of the tasks for which Shawn Darling was hired to perform was to unearth all email and phone records pertaining to Shaq's correspondence with Alexis Miller, another former mistress, who was suing him for harassment.

Shawn Darling's Allegations Against Shaquille O'Neal:

  • Shaq hacked Vanessa Lopez' and Darling's voicemail, deleting messages and changing passwords
  • Shaq used his law enforcement contacts to obtain non-public info on Alexis Miller
  • Those same contacts were used to frame Darling

Shawn Darling contends that Shaquille O'Neal hid the evidence of these acts by throwing his iMac into the lake behind his house, though Darling kept records of emails and text messages.

Darling says there is proof in the form of emails, text messages and photos that Shaq had multiple affairs while married and tried to keep that information from going public.

Darling, who has an extensive criminal background, told RadarOnline.com exlusively that his record didn't bother Shaq because "that was why he hired me."

Darling worked for O'Neal from 2007-2009 as his personal IT guy and claims he was originally hired to work on "different O'Neal family projects."
