Siberian Husky Dogs at Cairngorm Sled Dog Racing Aviemore 2011

The foot of the Cairngorm Mountain echoed with the sounds of howls and barks from the many Siberian Huskies preparing with their mushers to start the race,

Unlike last year where snow was falling during the event, the snow had melted this year, leaving  treacherous ice to contend with instead, lovely!
