Siohvaughn Wade Sued By Dwyane Wade Over STD Allegations

Dwyane Wade is suing Siohvaughn Wade and two lawyers Wednesday over accusations the NBA star gave Siovaughn an STD.

One month ago, Siohvaughn Wade stated that Dwyane Wade infected her with a sexually transmitted disease in 2007. She retracted the statement, although her lawyers contend that Siovaughn Wade stands by her STD allegation.

Wade is suing Siohvaughn as well as attorneys Michael Berger and Dorene Marcus and their firms for $50,000. The Miami Heat star stated that the allegations have caused him "embarrassment" and "humiliation."

"It has been difficult to see false allegations, rumors and gossip repeatedly discussed in public about my personal life," Dwyane Wade said in a statement released to the AP. "I had no other choice but to file this action in order to clear my name."
