After much deliberation, the city of Pittsburgh will be hosting a Steelers Super Bowl Parade on Tuesday, February 3.

Mayor Luke Ravenstahl's office confirmed that a downtown Super Bowl parade will be held for the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday. Ravenstahl was considering canceling the parade due to budget restraints.

The parade will begin at noon near Mellon Arena. From there, it will follow the same route as one for the Pittburgh's St. Patrick's Day parade. The Steelers victory parade will wind its way through downtown and end at the Gateway Center.
