An autopsy report on Steve McNair, who was found dead yesterday, shows that the former NFL star died of four gunshot wounds. The Steve McNair autopsy results found that he was shot twice in the head and twice in the chest.
An autopsy on Sahel Kazemi, McNair's supposed girlfriend who was also found dead at the scene, shows she died of a single gunshot wound to the head.
While it is clear Steve McNair's death is a homicide, police have yet classify Sahel Kazemi's death as a suicide or homicide.

This is a sad event. Nothing will bring back this excellent athlete. There will be a public memorial service in Nashville soon. I think that this is the best thing that can be done given how much everyone has admired his career and talent. Finally, I hope that his family can find peace.

I can recall the toughness and dedication Steve played with in the NFL from 1995-2007. He was arguably one of the toughest competitors to play on the NFL field and a great leader, just see the recent Eddie George interview to see how much he meant to the Titans franchise. My condolences to his wife and four children and the McNair family.

Great athlete, yes. Great person, ??? We are not to judge, but we are to discern one's character. And what we do is who we are. This man maybe did not pull the trigger on himself, but his actions forever changed lives of others. As well, because of BAD decisions and no self control he changed the lasting image of himself. I too thought Steve McNair was such a wonderful person from all read in the media. Sin lies in darkness but truth will eventually come to light.
If only an unhappy or unsatisfied wife/husband/couple would think, they could see that happiness CAN BE where there are if only they put forth effort. If not, get divorced and end one thing before you begin another. Marriage is WORK, then reward...just like our jobs...just like life.
I pray peace befalls and keeps Mrs. McNair and her sons at this time.

I agree. No one is happy that he was killed but if you are married and decide to hold other relationships, you are asking for trouble.

I believe that Mr. McNair got what he had coming. This is the risk you take when either spouse decides to have an affair. The mistress was wrong for what she did (she knew he was married and for the murder), however affairs carry all sorts of untold risks. It makes me feel good that, in the end, Mrs. McNair will be well taken care of financially.
Why don't more people ask themselves, BEFORE they marry, if they have the maturity to remain faithful. No matter what? How hard is it? If you don't want to be faithful, no matter what, don't marry.

THIS WAS A SET UP!!! the crooked ass, racist <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />Nashville police report states he was shot 4 times with a fatal shot to the head. They also stated this beautiful girl whom they purposely used a messed up picture of, but I will get to that in a min, they say this girl bought that gun 2 days prior to the event with no record of her ever having used a gun before in her life (confirmed through family and friends). So, the autopsy report comes out and IT says he was shot twice in the head, IN EACH TEMPLE and 2 to the chest. Now let’s think for a second. You really want me to believe that this young beautiful girl who has never had a need to use a gun just knew to shoot this man like a professional hit! Whatever, believe that if you want, but why is that she got pulled over for DUI 2 or 3 days before she supposedly killed this man, by the same cop Mcnair got in trouble with a few years ago, which also happened to be the same cop that was part of the investigation of his death. Coincidence, I think not. Also, why is that when this mistress got pulled over for DUI there were 3 other black men in the car with her that they just let walk away from the scene. Now although probable, in Nashville, not likely…. everyone in the car is going downtown for a chat. Where they held her for 5-6 hours without saying a word to her or letting her speak. Anything you say or do will be held against you in a court of law right? So they would have recorded what I’m sure would have been a plea of why she should have been let go. Anyways, all I’m saying is there are too many events surrounding this to just ignore and pass off as a cut and dry murder-suicide. Even the mistresses best friend went on record saying that she may have loved Steve but she wasn’t crazy over him like that. Wouldn’t your best friend know how much you liked a guy. Not to mention this girl had plenty of very well off men approaching her, and taking her out on a consistent basis. Let’s use some common sense, WE STILL LIVE IN A RACISTS COUNTRY!!!
