Steve McNair Funeral Plans: Schedule of Events

A funeral for slain NFL star Steve McNair is set for today at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Nashville, TN.
There are also two visitations planned for Thursday. The first will take place between 8 am and 1 pm at the Lewis & Wright Funeral Home (2500 Clarksville Pike). Another visitation is set for 3:45-6:45 pm at Mt. Zion Baptist Church (7594 Old Hickory Blvd).
The Steve McNair funeral will also take place at Mt. Zion Baptist Church between 7-8:30 pm local time. As many as 5,500 people may attend the service at the Nashville megachurch.
Steve McNair fans also attended a memorial event at LP Field. Hundreds of fans watched a McNair highlight reel and signed a condolence book.

I wanted to comment on these statements made on Steve Mcnair, We seen steve perform on the field of sports, I heard his team mates and even those in the NFL talk about his greatness as a NFL QB, he was, there is no dought, nobody can say that he was'nt, and even as he walked in his life he was a good man, I know that because to many people seen him in his painful moments, they seen him under presure and how he delt with it, in his living he had temptations that some of us (most of us ) would have fallen to our selve's, mybe we have fallen but we haven't gotten caught yet, we all been given temptations, don't act like you haven't, What we do'nt know is when your spirit called you on yours How you handle it? did you answer with I'm sorry let me turn this thing around now, or did you say I got this and ignor your spirit? How do we know that this was'nt OUR Last call and he(we) said I know But Tomorrow?

steve mcnair was a good man even though i really didnt know him off the field, but through out his years at tennessee, he played hurt but he never quit, if their was a time he was hurt, and the coach seemed like he couldnt be able to play, mcnair played. i feel so sad because steve mcnair was my quarterback idol and i have always been a tennessee titans fan since, when ever i was little, steve mcnair was a titan and will always be a titan
