We stand united during the Fourth of July, and we sit joined during the Super Bowl. Millions were connected by that star-spangled television set last night for Super Bowl XLVI.

Once again the Super Bowl led the pack in TV ratings. Drawing in an average of 111.3 million viewers, Super Bowl XLVI has become the most-watched show in television history.

With a combination of baby Manning, hot Brady, wacky commercials, and star-studded performances, it's no surprise that millions of football fans and fakers tuned in last night.

Although more people watched this year's Super Bowl than any other Super Bowl in history, it seems like viewers were more interested in seeing the halftime show.

Madonna drew in 114 million viewers and according to NBC Sports, "Madonna's performance on Sunday broke the record for most tweets per second during a sporting event, according to Twitter, with a peak of 10,245."

Of course there were lovers and haters tweeting about Madonna's performance, but for a 53-year-old, I'd say she party rocked.
