Italian swimmer Flavia Zoccari had an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction during a race at the recent Mediterranean Game. Zoccari had to miss the championship race at bathing suit tore at the seams, exposing her buttocks.
The 6'0" Zoccari, one of Italy's top swimmers, was wearing a new state-of-the-art swimsuit. The $500 Jaked J101 was considered so cutting edge that FINA (the International Swimming Federation) banned the skintight suits because it gave swimmers an unfair advantage.
Flavia Zoccari might beg to differ.
Here is the Flavia Zoccari Torn Swimsuit photo.

Interesting. I wonder how much their sales have slipped since then.

why didn't she just ask someone to bring her a towel to cover her rear?
there is no reason for her to cover her rear with just her hand.
why didn't someone toss her a towel for gods sake?
there must've been hundreds of large towels around at the pool side.

I think all men working there wanted to see more, so all towels were taken away the second swimsuit was torn :)

FINA was right, it really gave unfair advantage. Only for viewers, not swimmer :)

Why on earth was she disqualified when the exact same thing happened to Ricky Berens? They should never have disqualified her!
