Tampa Bay Buccaneers place kicker Matt Bryant kicked the winning field goal in a 30-21 victory over the Green Bay packers just four days after the death of his infant son.

With Green Bay leading 21-20 with less than three minutes left in the game, Bryant nailed a 24-yard field that proved to be the difference. After his field goal, Tampa bay tacked on a late touchdown to roll to a 30-21 win. Prior to the winning kick, Bryant also hit a 23- and 36-yard kicks, all under unimaginable duress following the death of his son, Matthew.

Bryant had told the team after his 3-month-old Matthew Tryson Bryant died Wednesday morning that he wanted to play and made his decision official on Saturday.

The team showed its support of Bryant by letting him get introduced last in the pre-game introductions, to a rousing ovation from the crowd at Raymond James Stadium.
