Well once again it's almost Tour time and once again Pez is making it's picks for the podium. While pretty much everyone, everywhere agrees that Cadel Evans and Alejandro Valverde are the clear favourites, after that it gets pretty fuzzy. Your fortune teller or tea leaf reader might have as good a chance for picking who's going to win this year, which is why it could be as exciting as last year.

Pez puts Denis Menchov on the same rung as Valverde and Evans but I don't see that given his penchant to have at least one bad day. Beyond that there's a few young guns including CSC's Frank and Andy Schleck and my favourite Damiano Cunego. He's a real dark horse, but you never know.

As usual Pez highlights a couple of other possible contenders that most of the other pundits missed -- including Euskatel's Samual Sanchez (who will have a strong team behind him) ; Roman Krueziger who looked good winning the Tour de Suisse; and Stijn Devolder who has had a pretty quiet year, but according to Pez, has lost some "considerable weight" which could help his climbing (he's good against the clock).

And, as usual Pez gives you Unibet's odds on the favourites so to help you decide who you're going to support. Let the suffering begin!

Let's get right to it, there are two big favorites on most people's radars and a third that should be. Beyond that, it'll take some folding, exploding, wrecking, and/or injuries to see anyone else to the top step of the podium.

Who am I talking about? Of course it's Cadel Evans, Alejandro Valverde, and Denis Menchov.
