Tiger Woods will break his silence at a PGA Tour news conference on Friday at 11:00 a.m. ET.

Woods' agent Mark Steinberg says Tiger plans on apologizing for his behavior and speaking about his future PGA plans. Woods will be speaking with friends and colleagues at the press conference.

Steinberg said no one will be able to ask questions during the news conference. There is a report out that Tiger will read a prepared statement.

Friday PGA press conferences usually announce who will be playing in the next week's tournament, so it will be interesting to see just how quickly Woods will be back on the green.

This will be the first time Woods has spoken publicly since the Thanksgiving incident that led to a series of Woods' affairs becoming public.
