Tim Lincecum Marijuana Arrest: Giants Pitcher Busted for Weed

San Francisco pitcher Tim Lincecum was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia use after being stopped for speeding on I-5 on Oct. 30. Tim Lincecum was pulled over near the town of Hazel Dell, four miles north of the Oregon border.

A Washington State Patrol reportedly pulled over the Tim Lincecum for a speeding violation. The police officer noticed the smell of marijuana and Lincecum eventually produced a bag of marijuana and a pipe out of the glove compartment. The bag contained 3.3 grams of marijuana.

Lincecum did not appear to be driving under the influence of marijuana and is not being charged with a felony.

Tim Lincecum is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 22.
