After a series of lineup changes due to injures, TNA held its Genesis pay-per-view on Jan. 11, 2009. Here's a quick rundown of what happened:

-Eric Young and Homicide & Hernandez defeated Sonjay Dutt, Kiyoshi & Jimmy Rave

-Alex Shelley defeated Chris Sabin to win the TNA X-Division Championship.

-Shane Sewell defeated Sheik Abdul Bashir.

-Beer Money defeated both Abyss/Matt Morgan and Jay Lethal/Consequences Creed to win the TNA World Tag Team Championship

-ODB, Taylor Wilde & Roxxi defeated Sojourner Bolt, Rhaka Khan and Raisha Saeed

-Kurt Angle defeated Jeff Jarrett

-Sting defeated Rhino to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship

-In the main event, AJ Styles, Brother Devon and Mick Foley defeated Booker T, Scott Steiner and Cute Kip
