The basketball and hip-hop culture fusion that is known now as The "Dunkadelic-Era" In America, 1984-2009 will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary during the year 2009. The following list is the 25 best players that have played during The "Dunkadelic-Era" since its birth-year in 1984.

1.  Michael Jordan: The Greatest player ever to put on a pair of sneakes. Jordan won 6 NBA titles, 6 NBA Finals MVP’s, and 5 NBA MVP’s. Jordan changed the game and stamped his mark as one the 3 greatest athletes of all-time (Ali, Babe Ruth).

2. Magic Johnson: The main man behind the “Showtime” Lakers. Magic won 5 NBA Championships and 3 NBA MVP’s.

3. Larry Bird: Larry Legend led the Boston Celtics to 3 NBA Titles. He won 3 NBA MVP’s and is considered one of the 3 best small forwards of all-time.

4. Hakeem Olajuwon: The 1st pick of the 1984 NBA Draft and arguably one of the 3 best centers in NBA history (Chamberlain, Jabbar). Was a member of Phi Slama Jama at the U. of Houston.

5. Karl Malone: Won 2 NBA MVP’s and retired as the NBA 2nd all-time leading scorer.

6. Kobe Bryant: KB-24 has emerged as the best player in the NBA since the retirement of MJ. He won 3 NBA Championships and 1 NBA MVP.

7. LeBron James: When he entered the NBA at 18.There was so much hype and he has delivered the game to mach it. Will win the 2009 NBA MVP and Defensive Player of the Year.

8. Shaquille O’Neal: The Diesel won 4 NBA Championships, 3 NBA Final MVP’s, league MVP. Shaq was the most dominant force of the 25-years of The “Dunkadelic-Era”.

9. Tim Duncan: Timmy is a 4-time NBA Champion, 3-time NBA Finals MVP, and 2-time NBA MVP. He considered one the 2 best power-forward of all-time.

10. Allen Iverson: The Answer is the shortest player ever to win the NBA MVP. Iverson has the 3rd highest scoring average in NBA history behind Jordan and Chamberlain.

11. John Stockton: Is the NBA all-time leader in assists. Stockton played the point-guard position to a perfect 10.

12. Charles Barkley: Won 2 Gold medals and 1 NBA MVP. Barkley was one of the most dominant players for 10-years of The “Dunkadelic-Era”.

13. Isiah Thomas: Won 2 NBA Championships and is one of the 5 best point guards in NBA history.

14. David Robinson: The Admiral won 2 NBA Championships, NBA MVP, and Defensive Player of the Year. Robinson was also a strong contributor off the court as well.

15. Patrick Ewing: Was the 1st pick of 1985 NBA Draft. He was the leader of the Knicks and is one of the 6 or 7 greatest centers of all-time.

16. Scottie Pippen: Scottie was the side-kick to Michael Jordan for 6 NBA Championships. Pippen has been considered one the 3 best defensive small forwards of all-time.

17. Kevin Garnett: KG was the 1st player to go from H.S. to pros (Moses Malone 1974) in 21-years back in 1995. He has one the NBA MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, and is also a NBA and Olympic Champion.

18. Jason Kidd: Is a sure bet Hall-of-Famer. Kidd is one of the 5 best point guards of all-time.

22. Dwyane Wade: Came into the NBA with LeBron in 2003. Has won an NBA Championship, and NBA Finals MVP. D-Wade is one the 5 best players of his generation.

23. Gary Payton: The Glove is a NBA Champion. Payton also is a Defensive Player of the Year. He’s a lock for the Hall-of-Fame.

24. Steve Nash: Nash is a 2-time NBA MVP, and is one of the best 5-6 point guards in NBA history.

25. Chris Paul: Has emerged as the best point guard on the planet, and is one of the 5 best players playing right now in the NBA. Paul is a leader and future NBA Champion.
