TOYOTA FCV-R The Revolution becomes Reality - 42nd Tokyo Motor Show 2011

Toyota has unveiled the FCV-R concept at the Tokyo Motor Show.

Designed to preview what a "practical" fuel-cell vehicle could look like, the FCV-R resembles a futuristic Prius with aerodynamic bumpers, a curved roofline and LED headlights.

Inside, the cabin has a digital instrument cluster, a massive infotainment system and a tablet-like center stack. There's also leather / Alcantara upholstery, metallic trim and four individual seats.

Engine specifications are fairly light, but Toyota says the car has a next-generation fuel-cell that uses a 70 MPa hydrogen tank which allows the vehicle to travel approximately 700 km (435 miles) between fill ups.
