All-American Tyrann Mathieu Dismissed from LSU Football Team

Tyrann Matheiu, an All-American cornerback, was kicked off the Louisiana State University football team after failing a drug test.

Tyrann Mathieu was given the nickname "Honey Badger" based on the viral video narrated by Randall.

LSU coach Les Miles remarked, "It's hard because we all love Tyrann. We will do what we can as coaches, teammates, and friends to get him on a path where he can have success. We are going to miss him."

Tyrann Mathieu was suspended for a game last season, along with teammates Spencer Ware and Tharold Simon,  after testing positive for synthetic marijuana.
