UConn Fans Celebrated The Huskies 2011 NCAA Championship A Little Too Much. More Than 20 Were Arrested In What Could Be Described as a Near Riot. Here is the Video

Thousands of fans took to the streets to celebrate the University of Connecticut Huskies NCAA Basketball Championship on April 4, 2011.

There are media reports that 23 people were arrested for during the UConn celebrations. It is believed that more than half of the people arrested during the UConn street celebrations were not students or affiliated with UConn in any way.

Some UConn fans tried to overturn a car.

Charges ranged from criminal trespass, criminal mischief, interfering with police, breach of peace and inciting a riot.
