UFC 99 in Germany saw Rich Franklin win a Unanimous Decision over Wanderlei Silva in the main event at UFC 99.

The fight between Silva and Franklin lasted three-rounds with Franklin taking the upper hand early in the first round and holding on in the third to win one of his most significant fight in his MMA career.
